Artists Notes – Every once in a while you create a piece that really challenges you. But with past experiences I know that theses paintings are usually the most spectacular ones.
I certainly feel that way about this piece.
It took me over 3 months to complete, the seasons changed as I painted it . I think you can feel the ending of Summer and the birth of Autumn in its colours and emotion.
This piece has a real feeling of soft power and wonder.
Measures- 101 x 101 cms, 4 cms thick sides.
